He was shaking terribly and looked to need medical assistance.My friend told the cashier this man needed help.The cashier had called security who came and proceeded to handcuff and drag this man out of the store. When my friend insisted he had done nothing wrong, she was threatened with being banned from the mall. This was unprovoked cruelty on YOUR part
