This is the worse online store I have ever dealt with. They asked me to wait for my mattress several times and assured me of a delivery date, only to find out that they do not have it in stock and still had to order it. Then they delivered the wrong size of mattress. They NEVER care for their customers after receiving the payment for their products. I did all the follow up with them. I just requested for a refund before they send me the replacement mattress but they refused.
I would give a minus rating if I could. I regret ordering a sectional couch from this company online. Next week it will be 2 months we have been waiting. My wife and I had no issues waiting, it's what came up during the delivery process that showed the character of this company and the management. Throughout the waiting process there were no phone calls l, not even to let us know it had arrived to set up a delivery date. I called June 10th and had booked delivery for June 12th. On June 11th

I had the worse experience in customer service with Farnando at the heartland location, he sold me a sofa. After making a deposit of $1000 out of $1525 he told me that the sofa will be ready for pick up in 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks had passed and I have not heard from him or anyone from Furniture Depot. I called Farnando, he said he doesn't know of any updates and to call head office! So our search for a comfortable memory foam mattress led us here... we worked with Gil. He was great, not pushy at all, let us take our time, and helped us find a mattress that was the right fit for our comfort level and our budget. I also love that the mattresses have specs for all the materials used; this was of HUGE importance to us! We were stuck between a couple mattresses, and he knew just when to leave us alone so we could take our time to try them out without hovering over us.
I have been shopping at the Furniture Depot for the past 5 years. Almost everything in my home is from there. I will look around at other stores but I always end up here, I get the best price, best service! All my friends and family shop here as well and they are all happy. You can find all the high end brands here along with a lot of Canadian mfgs as well. If you want the best deals and great service try these guys once and you will definitely gi back guaranteed !
Let me start off by saying NEVER order from this store. I had ordered a nice console table for someone for Christmas; I should add that I ordered it over a month before Christmas. I was told once I ordered it that it will be in in 2 weeks. So I waited the 2 weeks and called to see if my order was in. The sales lady told me that it will not be in until the 19th of December. Even though it was cutting it close to Christmas I was okay with it because I still had time. The 19th came around and I called BACK to see if my order was in and they told me it wont be in until the 23rd or 24th!!! Really the day before Christmas when I placed the order well ahead of time. The manager gave me his word that I would be getting my order NO LATER than the 24th because they had to make sure the crates were empty for the holidays. So again I CALLED them, and even though he gave us his word that we can pick it up on the 24th, obviously the table was not in and was told to call after the holidays. So I had to print out a picture of the table that I ordered and put it in a frame and wrap it for the person for Christmas. I was completely horrified and embarrassed. The holidays pass and I called to see the statues on my shipment and is informed that the wrong table has been shipped to them and the correct table should come in on the 15th of January. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Not once did they inform me of them extending the delivery date, I had to call them each and every time. Their customer service was horrible and the manager didn't care for keeping my business. Buyers BEWARE!!! Horrible experience!
