Great customer service..went in as my engine cover was hanging off. I bolt had come lose. The replaced the bolt and I was in an out in 15 minutes. Thanks for the prompt service.

No customer service. My tire almost fell off after they supposedly did a safety on it. They do the bare minimum. Totally disappointed.

My experience with Planet Ford was 110%. The manager Andre and his whole team are very professional, but also a happy group which makes for a positive car buying experience. Know you can pop into the dealership with any issue at any time and you will be taken care of. I am on my second vehicle now and Planet Ford exceeds my expectations for Customer Service

I used to have great experiences at this Ford. Unfortunately the last time I was there will be the last time I go there. They don't seem to want to fix my car that's still underneath warranty and wouldn't work with me at all. They won't even return phone calls. There are lots of other dealerships who would appreciate my business a lot more.

I’ve purchased two vehicles from Planet Ford and have had great experiences with the Sales and Service departments. I can’t say the same for my last experience. I was hugely disappointed with the treatment I received by the service team, and for that I will not be returning in the future. Its important to remember that there are other dealerships that would appreciate my business in Brampton.

Excellent service! My 2011 Ford Fusion had a problem which was covered by warranty. The part had to be brought in and they needed to keep my car over the weekend. I got a complimentary 2015 Edge rental for three days.
