Queen Nails Spa

Always had excellent service here until today... got a shellac pedicure and eyebrows done. Clearly do not know how to properly schedule appointments and as a result rushed everything. As a result, I am now missing a pinky nail, have a very poorly done pedicure and have two very badly shaped uneven eyebrows. Will think twice about returning.

One of girls here actually yelled at a young girl for moving while having her nails done. I told them I was in a rush and asked if they could get it done in good time. This resulted in a rushed and sub par pedi for myself and my mum. Safe to say we won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Great location! Great atmosphere! Friendly staffs~ In order not to wait for so long, I call in advance~ I wait around 5-10mins to my turn! RECOMMEND!

TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON. My four year old daughter got her nails done for the first time. She squirmed during her pedicure. Rather than talk to my wife the lady PINCHED HER FOOT!!!! They had the nerve to charge us as well! STRONGLY advise against!

I've been coming here for several years now. Created a nice relationship with the staff here. They are all super friendly and know how to get the job done. My favorites are Li and Doma. Excellent workers, very detailed!

I called in advance to this establishment regarding their hours, I decided to come in, as it stated on there advertisement they are a walk-in Nail Spa. I went in and they automatically said "too busy too busy". It was very unprofessional and I was redirected to another worker who said I should make an appointment. I stated to him I called earlier but he simply ignored me and lead me to the door. I came from Toronto and they should have informed me on the phone. Upset and disappointed !
