Very bad customer service. The doctor is never there during the afternoon even though the hours say 10am - 8 pm. Always have to wait more than an hour no matter what.

I was extremely dissatisfied by the quality of service at this clinic. The staff at the clinic take forever to answer the phones and when they do, they are completely rude and lazy to book appointments always asking to call back or come as a walk in. Even with this kind of service, the doctor keeps asking to have them as the family doctor. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone and in fact would discourage patients going here. They have absolutely no value for time or patient care!!

Hello, I am really very sorry for your experience. We have a new doctor now with a new management.
Horrible front desk staff. Hang up the phone on me and could not answer my questions properly. Everytime i go to see the doctor they never have any spots. It is always by appt even though it is a walk in clinic. Really hate going there and would not recommendent it.

Fairly lousy experience. Arrived at clinic at 9:45 am. Was told I would be seen by the doctor at 10. The doctor still hadn't arrived by 10:30. I was seen at 11:00. The doctor did not apologize for running late, however, she did a very thorough examination. The desk staff were not particularly pleasant to deal with and seemed very disorganized. The clinic itself was dirty and in need of a good clean. I was one of the first patients of the day and the floors had not been vacuumed or mopped, and the room I waited for the doctor in had garbage on the floor.
