I went for car wash , very disappointed with the service, interior was not even cleaned properly left over things were in the cup holders
I don���t wanna say anything Pictures talk, i chose package 3, wasted my money, I decided to write the review because first time i spoke to the manager and now i wanted to give them another try cause manager was nice but again same thing bad quality work, i hope my review will push the management to work harder on their employees as customers don���t always have time to go again and fix things, if i have time i clean the car myself
Take the time to remove trash and junk out of your car so the guys can work and they do a great job. If your car is a complete mess get the vip package it’s a bit more $$ but worth it.
Horrible and a complete scam - they charged me $35.00 for my HRV. A total s m because they have a sign under the package number 3 that reads 3.10 extra for TRUNK. Duhhhhh everyone has a trunk. What a scam. The clerk at the desk was rude - did not give a crap. They refused to take the extra charge off. Never going back there again. Horrible and frustrating experience. Grrrrrrrrrr
Highly recommended! My car was detailed in and out amazingly, I was even shocked to see my car look that clean. Super friendly staff as well! I’ll definitely be coming back! :)
Worst place for car wash They don’t listen to customers Very rude staff.when I complained about hairs after detailing, they said we are not responsible for that They didn’t try to listen.
Price is not matching the quality of job. Proper care and time spent per vehicle is very disgusting
Worse place to take you car, damaged my car and didn’t want to take responsibility. When speaking to the manager named Paul he yelled and kept using the f word for no reason. Take your money and spend it some where you won’t have to repair damages to your car, you might save $2 with a car wash but pay more in damages.
Horrible service. These people do not know to clean. My car went in dirty and out dirty...only plus was the smell from their old rags. Never take your car here!
Really surprised at low ratings. I wash my own cars from spring to fall, hand wax and take care of them myself....but count on these guys to do a great job in the winter. Good value with the basic package with online coupons for only $9.00. Great people, nice to have the cars wiped down and lineups are short esp if you avoid the prime times.
My mom visited this car wash today and waited in line for 20 minutes. The wait wasn't an issue as she expected it on such a nice day. As she got within 3 car lengths from the car wash a very rude person stepped in front of her car to block her from moving forward at all so a white pick up truck could cut the line in front of her!!! She got out of the car and confronted the owner about why she is being stopped for someone else after she waited for 20 minutes to this point. The owner informed her that the white pick up was a "buddy" of his that had work done to his truck at one of the owners other business' there as he owns the shell station, the garage and the car wash. My mom whom might I add is a SENIOR CITIZEN was not given any choice and was forced to let this "buddy" of the owner in. So my mom informed him that maybe she needs to go elsewhere from now on if this is how he treats his loyal customers as my mom, dad and friends have been going there for years. To this the owner replied "so go somewhere else then!" Absolutely disgusting behaviour and I wanted to share this with anyone who will listen. I will let everyone I know via word of mouth and social media that this is how this OWNER treats his elderly or any customer. Well Mr Owner I am doing everything I can to ensure that nobody goes through what my senior citizen mother did today ever again. I hope your "buddy" is a good friend!
Ordered the VIP Super Clean Package, which was $50 plus $10 up charge for leather, for a total of $60 plus tax. Car was not clean, rims were still filthy, there was black grime on the leather that was not there when the car was taken in, and garbage was still in the car. Very disappointed with this service, would not recommend this car was to anyone.
Paid $29.00 for a car wash... The car wasn't clean at all. Wax still on the car and dirt all over the sides. Interior was barley cleaned. Had to go through for a second wash. There was still dirt all over the side of the car. Wasn't hand dried, half done vacuum job, my mats were just thrown back into the car on top of that I was missing my pedal covers. The Manger was rude and staff highly unprofessional. Will not return.... EVER!!! Waste of money and time. My car is still dirty!!
