Horrible customer service. When you give them the measurements for a standard size shower and they order you 90 extra tiles don't expect them to acknowledge this as their mistake. Apparently it was mine. I was planning on paying the ridiculous 35% restocking which it states on their receipt and within the 30 days and I got a flat no. Would NEVER recommend.
