These guys never take anything off your credit on time. Ive been waiting months, and thats after they kept saying I owed 70..then id pay 70, and it would say I owed 70 again. It wasnt until I called the actual business I dealt with, and they turned around and told me they owed me a credit. I have not owed money to that company, for a year, and NCO STILL will NOT take it of my credit report. Now, we cant find phone numbers for these pieces of dirt.

paid my debt in May 2017 but just got a bill in the mail and a phone call from debt collector. I was told my file probably wasn't closed properly. Yeah no kidding! It's very stressful. Now I'm trying to contact NOC FIN SRV no toll free number of course, so I will have to pay for the call.

Cleared my debt....and 3 days later it shows up as another credit hit to my rating...even though I was told it wouldn't....and trying to get through on the phone to speak to someone is nearly impossible

I have no debts, wont stop calling all hours of the day or night. I even recieved a phone call at 6 am from their number. Horrible people.

Calls Without giving reasons. Very Bad people and company

Put a d rating on credit with no information about the debt!
