TSC Stores

At Brantford store: overall there are NO prices on 80-90% of stock on the shelves. Stock is grossly misaligned to where it is supposed to be & tends to be all over the place instead of where it should be. I would have to wonder if head office wants their store set-up & run likes this!! Many years ago this was a good store. Employees had a good customer attitude. Sadly this is not so in the last 5-10 years or so...I just wonder when it will close for good???

Purchased a milwaukee vac from brantford , came home & didnt work after 2 mins use , went back to brantford store & mamager said to contact milwaukee , she (michelle) told me it was stated on box that there not responsible for anything if it doesnt work , no reasoning at all with here ,called a few other tsc stores & they told me to go to next closest store & they would exchange & take care of it no problem , And Cambridge did! Brantford TSC manager was rude & no help whatsoever ,

TSC if they don’t have the product in stock they will get it in and they will call you

Went to the store...

Went to the store today-Aug. 25. Service was terrible. Nobody to help, one person at checkout who told me where merchandise was supposed to be but couldn't leave to show me. Went around the store about 6 times to try to find sale items. Finally went to service counter and heard an announcement asking somebody to go to counter to help people waiting. Worker was very miserable and making disgusted faces, etc. when I was talking to her. Very bad experience.
