Mount Royal Pizza

We were told the order would be 50 min. Arrived to be told another 10. Someone then approached asking to confirm our order. They had not even started it. After another 30 min we had our order. Brutal service!!!!

Don’t go here. I’ve lived down the street for 3 years and have frequented the establishment on a regular basis. Pizza is good, I enjoy their deep fried panzos but service leaves much to be desired. I’ve given the benefit of the doubt for a long time now but I’m done. Their pricing is he highest relative to anywhere else in west Burlington and when you go to pick up your order it’ll be a few dollars more than the menu price online. They’ll try to justify it and tell you “that was the old price”

I went here for the first time today. The staff was exremely friendly, pizza was made quick and fresh and it tasted delicious. I will definatly be returning in the future!

Disgusting staff and terrible service

The last time I went was enough for me to actually post a review on this establishment. I've been here a few times, and they don't come to the counter to ask your order - they expect you to yell it to them. The last time I went, the guy blew his nose in full-view of the customers and didn't wash his hands. Last time I give them money. Don't buy from them, and maybe they'll figure out what they're doing wrong.
