I've done three orders through these guys, every experience was worse that the last.
Horrible experience every time, from beginning to end.
If you call, prepare for poor communication.
If you order online, prepare for your order to not be followed by the workers at the restaurant, or by the delivery person.
Delivery guys will guilt you for not tipping enough, and always drop snide comments, or lie about the price to pad their tips. I've busted them twice. One time they left with the pizza.
Giving me the impression that they weren't just "delivering"
Brutal. Ordered a pizza at 1:05am. Told it would be 45 minutes. Waited an hour and called. "He'll be there soon". Waited 15 minutes. Get hung up on. Not answering callbacks. Driver did nothing and had a passenger (what else you guys doing while my pizza gets cold?) Gets cold pizza. No tip and won't ever call back. Oh, they're 5 minutes away.
