Horrible customer service. Thompson being a Cub Cadet dealer took my side x side there after being told they were running two weeks behind and I couldnt get on the list without my machine being in the yard. Had it towed 70km to Thompsons. Called at the two wk mark to get an idea of when it would be looked at to be told whenever we get to it - could not give me any idea. Called at the 4 wk mark to be told same thing whenever when I said that was unreasonable told come get it if you dont like that
