Canadian Tire General Store

The most disappointing experience I have ever encountered with a Canadian Tire store....the Chelmsford store Ordered a patio set advertised as available....turns out one ordered chair was not available Told me I'd have to order it from another store and pay for shipping.....again Tried to convince me there was no difference....ended up cancelling entire order as certainly not interested in resolving THEIR issue of a missing chair Not at all adverse to losing the $3,000 order.disgusting service

The worst place to return anything. Wont accept ANY returns if the packaging has been opened at all....went to the new store on lasalle in Sudbury and had no issues returning what so ever.
