When you call this BRANCH, an automated service takes over, and then ends up routing you to their "call center" - THERE IS NO REACHING THE INSIDE OF THIS BANK! It is atrocious service. absolute nightmare. STILL waiting on hold for over 20 minutes. i JUST WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE INSIDE THIS BRANCH!
