    Absolutely useless - totally disinterested in customers or service. Couldn't fix watches and some went missing. 4 out of 15 gone and he changed the number of watches I'd given him. Terribly and should be allowed to get away with this.

    through 3 different clocks couldn't repair any of them. They were all worse when we got them back. All but one which we never saw again.
