    For a business wh...

    For a business which offers In Home Service, there is no "customer service". A year ago we had 2 dining room chairs "scotch guard" sprayed. I called this this year and wanted 13 chairs sprayed. These are very expensive chairs. However, I first wanted a test spray to ensure no change to the colour of the fabric. They wanted me to drive to their location...an hour away to do the testing. I eventually agreed but they would not guarantee any one would be there. Didnt care if I wasted my time.
