Have been a loyal customer since I moved to the region 2 years ago. Tried to order a fruit platter in-store today and was only giving 22 hours notice instead of the requested 24. They refused my order and rudely said that I was not their only customer. Thanks for nothing, Independent! Your local competitor in Casselman was able to help and they were able to accommodate a 9am pickup tomorrow - gasp - only 19 hours to prepare it!

great store and lots of room with large ailes

manager is rude. bought a pudding for my dying mother and it was moldy. brought it back and no I didn,t keep receipt because she opened it two days later. they refused to exchange it. I told her that she would lose my business of 200-300 dollars a week and she didn,t care. we had words and haven,t shopped there in two year.
