the rusted boat anchor chained to the air Canada experience aircraft. Their phones dont work, took 16 hours for a 6 hour standard delivery, had to stay up until 1AM to wait for their driver - who seemed stressed, overworked and possibly underpaid. He told me he did not care I was upset, I could complain to anyone I wished and he had scores of other unhappy customers like me. Further, he rang the wrong doorbell, woke up the neighbour and claimed it was some pizza guy (at 1AM)!!

Terrible service. Was told same day delivery... took 3 days

They have no idea what the words customer service means

Air Canada lost our luggage and contracted Delite to deliver, they told us it was out for delivery for 2 days which I had to take off work. Then on the 3rd day I went to work and the delivery man called but would not wait 20 min or leave our 8 pieces of luggage. He told me he would be back to deliver within 2 hours and NEVER came back. When I called the phone hung up multiple times then when I did get through the man gave me a ton of attitude and told me I should have stayed home. Horrible!!
