    do not recommend

    The hairdresser didn't even know what ombre was... and then could not comprehend that I did not want highlights. She was also not good with feedback and then proceeded to go to the back corner and look up what ombre was. Next the other hair dresser (while having another client) tried to describe it to her and then gave up and literally showed her what I wanted in hope that she would be able to take over, with no luck.This was definitely not reassuring. Awful, I will not be going back.
