too smaller job
I phoned Grand Mill Fence to get an estimate. In the middle of the conversation a lady said "It's too smaller job for us", and hung up on me! The request was for a dog run 50'X30" and a wooden fence 40'+ a gate. It says they DO residential...At least it would be polite to refer me to another company in the area who would gladly take my business in the times of recession! The worst ever customer service!

I do not believe my secretary hung up on you. She was told to tell people at that time we could not take any more jobs on at that time. We were booked up for the year. I apologize for the inconvenience
