Very prompt service, able to repair my dryer very efficiently and genuine customer service. The technician fully explained the problem and what parts were required; had the dryer up and running very quickly. Definately recommend A&A Appliances!!

I had a problem with dishwasher, I was getting error messages. Called the plumber and he did nothing. A&A guy came and fixed it, got the error message again, he fixed his mistake. Got error message again and he finally fixed a problem that has existed since the house was built, a poorly installed drainage line. So even though he had to come back a few times, he was the only one who was able to figure out the problem that has existed for many years. Thank you A&A!

My gas oven would not heat up used A&A before for my gas dryer great job on the dryer. Technician came fixed my stove the igniter was not working cost $250.00 for the igniter installed and working great again. . I would not hesitate to use A&A anytime in the future. Quality job.

I called A&A after my oven would not heat. After a few checks, they concluded that it was a relay board that needed to be replaced.The cost for the repair was $500. The oven worked until they left, and then stopped heating again. I eventually concluded that the problem was a faulty $35 circuit breaker in my electrical panel. They failed to check the incoming voltage to the oven and it cost me $500! This is a simple and basic check that any technician should know to perform.Otherwise they are OK.

Called AA Appliance 10 am Saturday and they said they would be there at 1:00pm and Michael arrived right on time. He gave us an estimate on our gas range repair and wasn’t sure if it required parts to be ordered or if he could repair it same day. Great news Michael was able to fix it without extra parts and for a Saturday the price was surprisingly reasonable. Michael was honest, trustworthy and local so for me money well spent. I highly recommend AA Appliance and would call again.

Do not use this company. I used them and they overcharged significantly to replace a commercial GE dryer motor, $395.50 to be exact. For what they charged me, I could have bought a new dryer. As well, the repair man seems to have another job and this is not their full time thing. The dryer now does not work properly and they wanted to charge me again to see what the problem was! Do not waste your time and money like I wasted mine on this company!
