Mark's Piano Services

I called Mark to assess a used piano I bought. I told him the type of piano it was over the phone and asked for him to come and tune it and fix a key. He told me he could do this. When he arrived, he took one look at it and said he did not fix this type of piano and that I could buy a new one from him instead because this piano was pretty much garbage. He then demanded payment for his assessment. (FYI - I called another professional - who fixed and tuned it - no problem).
