Excellent! Place is very clean they use liner for pedicure I've never see anyone use before,the service is the best, nails away look amazing everything you want to do take a picture and bring it in they always try their best to make it( for me it always turn out amazing!)Love it!
Wonderful place! Very professional and clean. The first time I went there, I knew nothing about their service, but the girls that work there introduced me to everything. My nails look lovely. They have so many nail tech there. Sometimes I come without an appointment and I never have to wait long. Love this place!

Great experience ! I came to Guelph for U and I found Victoria Nail Salon ,been there for 5 years now my nail always look fantastic, I wear fake nail and when they grow they look just like my real nail, pedicure is no complain they have liner in the tub for every single person that how I liked because it very clean there ,they re so care about how you feel each time you come, staff is really friendly. I design to stay in Guelph, this is Definitely my nail salon!
First time I went there, didnt know what to expect, but once the lady started doing my nails I was so happy that they were turning out the way I wanted them to! Only downside was that my mani came off within a week because I swam in chlorine water. Definitely making another trip back there!
Never had them before now I want to keep them all the time. They grew out rather than chipping breaking or coming off.
I have never had fake nails before and went to Victorias before my engagement photos to get biogels done. They were $40 for a full, new set and the girl was very professional and quick. She rounded them out nicely as per my request. The owner was at the shop when I was there and was very involved in making sure that customers were satisfied and that the employees were working well. I watched him clean out every pedicure tub once they were done being used. Whenever someone walked into the store, it was less than a minute every time before someone asked "how can I help you?". Very customer service-oriented. I have received many compliments on my nails... will definitely go back!
The staff were relatively kind and my experience was fine for the most part. One little thing my toes never dried and it was Prom night! I had an AM appointment and I thought it would be okay to slip into my peep toed shoes for Prom but they rushed the experience and so my big toe didn't dry. I usually go to the nail salon expecting it will last for at least a week and it didn't even make it through the day! I noticed that another girl came into the salon with the same problem when I was having mine done and they reluctantly fixed the problem.
