I’ve been dealing with these guys for years and they are a class act. I live on the same street as another Marine shop in Stoney Creek and anytime I need parts or service I head to Bay City instead. Family owned and operated for generations.

The worst customer service. The person we spoke to today talk guy with glasses did not provide his name, had a very mono tone voice the worst sales person we’ve ever dealt with. He didn’t seem to care whether the sold the boat. Came at 9:30 am inwuired to check the hours used on the boat was told they were too busy to check. Expressed interest in purchasing the boat was told we’d have to wait from purchaser only to find out it was sold yet there was no indication there were other buyers.

I purchased my first Lund boat from Clarence and his team last year. The experience was fantastic from purchase to after sales follow up and service. He was honest in what I needed, as it was my first boat, and I am extremely happy with the boat. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied.
