worst place ive ever gone for an oil change that was advertised 19.99 and charged me 71 dollars because i was a female.. told me i was only able to use synthetic oil which is bullshit because i called my dealer...the young guy behind the counter was pushy and would take no for an answer , very rude service.. would never go back or recommend going there and expect to get a 20 dollar oil change.. have your wallet ready
I was informed that there was oil detected in the coolant of my car when I took it in for an oil change. It was recommended that the coolant be flushed and replaced with new fluid. My son who is a class A mechanic was suspicious with the bill which indicated that it only took about 20 minutes to complete the work. Further he looked at the fluid and determined that it was only topped up, not flushed and replaced with new fluid.
Service was fast.. efficient..and reasonably priced..Very pleased..?

They have always taken care of my cars quickly and even thrown in extras. I got my cars underrated with them and a week later got a new muffler ...they touched up for free. Today I am getting more work done ... my regular mechanic needs like 3 days notice to fit me in ... these guys are right away. I'll be back...
Do not go to Economy Lube. Their employee damaged both our vehicles and the owner refuses to pay for the $4000 damage done to my truck unless I take it to the shop of **his** choice in Kitchener. He also refuses to report it to his insurance company and won't give me his insurance info. Paige - red Ranger owner, I'm Laura, grey F150. Went to economy lube to get a "10 minute oil change" one of there drivers sped out of the parking spot, slid on the hoist due to grease being all over the place because the employee are too lazy to clean up after themselves,and my truck slid through the "safety gate" into another truck. Then the manager put me at fault because my "brake fluid was low" after telling me "we aren't mechanics we don't deal with brake fluid or anything like that". GOT MY BRAKES CHECKED AFTER AND THEYRE JUST FINE...
Last week I went for an oil change. Upon leaving my air bag light was on where it was not on when I got there. I went back but the service manager was polite but said that it was just a co-incidence. But, the fact is the light was not on when I got there and was when I left so something they did or touched caused this. They did not want to be bothered with it. I have to look into it myself now so I will never go back there.
