Le Salon Hair & Spa Eastgate Square

I would NOT recommend anyone go here. I had highlights put on and colour and my hair is coming out and breaking. The colourists don't know what they're doing. Every person has had to ask how to do the colouring. Sheena let me leave with yellow tinged hair and because she didn't know what she was doing it's falling out. My hair is over processed and so much thinner and dryer than when I started there. Do not trust this salon. Hundreds​ of dollars later and I've lost a great deal of my hair.

I'm from Oakville and was in Hamilton visiting family and decided to hit the local mall. So glad I did, went into Le Salon and received excellent service, an ombre and cut for a fraction of what I usually pay. They did an amazing job. Will definitely be back!

Had a perm done b...

Had a perm done by Patty and it was the worst perm I have ever received. My hair is fried and there is no curl. Worse yet she knew what she did and tried to hide it and then overcharged me. I had to cut a deep cut and will have to wait a year to get the rest cut out. I have spent a fortune on products to try to control the mess and frizz but it is embarrassing to go out in public. Will never set foot in that salon again. The bright side is that I have found an excellent stylist.

I had a facial do...

I had a facial done here as I live in the area. The robe was stained, she used the Body Shop massage oil on my face even though they claim it's a Yonka facial! The bottle was in clear view! I was supposed to have an hour facial but it was shortened by 10 mins. It was the worst facial I've ever had and will never return again!
