Motion Specialties is a great place to deal with. Great products and great service....unless you have an emergency on the weekend...I am currently having a problem with a patient's electric wheelchair and have nowhere to turn for help....you guys need a weekend emergency number

FIND EQUIPMENT ELSEWHERE

I spent 7 months trying to buy a manual wheelchair from them. Showroom looks nice/is accessible but poor communication between staff members led to confusion when ordering and unacceptable delays. Staff I dealt with struggled to understand the different lines of chairs-leaving me to fend for myself and do a lot of research to figure out what was best for me. Finally left when salesman failed to follow up with an occupational therapist to insure funding after it expired.
