Have used them for years. Always friendly and courteous staff and clean facility. Would always recommend them in a heartbeat.

Dont use them, you well end up with problems. Avoid them like the plague.

If you are looking for a self-storage unit in Hamilton do not use this one. As someone who frequently uses storage units I recomend The Hold, Hess Street or Advantage Self-Storage. All of the mentioned locations have pricing similar or better than Shurguard. I received terrible customer service when trying to work with the staff and management to deal with a conflict. I was treated rudely and was told by management that my business didn't matter; they have definitely lost a customer in me and will hopefully lose a customer in you. Don't waste your time unless your goal is to be disappointed.
