Burnt/dry/3 items missing in the order. TERRIBLE

I have been a longstanding fan of the works yet as of lately they have been doing a terrible job. Constantly messing up orders. I just ordered my food through skip the dishes and they hey made my burger completely wrong. The other day I went there with my friends and they messed up all three of our foods. They couldn’t even get the drink orders right. We were stuck there for 2 hours becuase it took so long. They charge way to much for the service they give

Went there sept 3 2015. First thoughts neat place the decor is very well themed, salt and pepper shakers were light bulbs which was cool. It's a burger place so we ordered burgers. The prices I found a bit high roughly $14-$16/ burger but the burger it self is thick and a good size and looks homemade. They have a few option if you want beef, chicken patty and few others. I didn't catch the name of the waitress we had but she was awesome, first time in a long time I've had that good of service, so was happy with experience, it did take a bit of a wait to get our order for it not being that busy at the time (over 25min wait) I had the berverly hills burger has egg, spinach, harvati cheese and bacon. Was not bad it did some what taste similar to an egg Mcmuffin just a lot better. The glasses for drinks are in a glass measuring cup which was fun. Overall good place if you want a gourmet burger has the price to match.

Food was great, service was fantastic. Only thing I didn't like was how LOUD the music was playing. I had to request to be moved to another table away from the speaker. I ended up leaving the restaurant with a wicked headache, plus I couldn't have a clear conversation with my friends.
