I was there July 13 The service and my doctor was excellent

Dr. Stribbell is simply amazing! My Wife and I moved to Keswick a few years back and by our good fortunes we came across her, now we are north of Peterborough and we still make the Drive to see her. If she relocated to North Bay, we would follow her to her new set-up.

Terrible staff, and always an issue to see my family dr. Im sick and tired of excuses.The dr issues medication and doesnt go over the medication....just writes me off. I have receptionist always calling me.

Dr. Stribbell is an amazing, lovely family doctor. She is very friendly understanding, and goes into detail talking about health. She has a lot of patience with children! She interacts with them, makes them feel happy during their visits. I am thrilled to have an amazing family doctor whos patient with my kids and I. Hands down my favorite doctor!! Only thing that is a bummer is she is incredibly busy with her schedule (shes that good)and its difficult to phone in as their lines are busy.

They are a very busy office so have some patients as the Dr.s are great and I am honoured to have them take care of me and my family as they have for many years.

I am surprised at the negative comments. I find the Staff here are very friendly and efficient. Wait times are very short. You can get most procedures done on premises very quickly Hubert

Avoid this terrible, horrible, atrocious place at all costs!!!! I was upset my family doctor (Dr Shannon Davidson who is awesome and who is not included in this review) moved so far from me but I was willing to make the drive. I would rather die in the street than even step another toe in here. The receptionists are beyond terrible. I've never met such unfriendly, uncompassionate, wicked and horrible women. Just a tip to the male doctor I had the misfortune of having to see, when a women learns that she just had a miscarriage please don't ever tell another woman "don't cry it's just a bunch of cells" and laugh. Poor excuse for a doctor's clinic. Do. Not. Go. Here.

New physician at Woodbine (2016) is fantastic!

Dr. Jamal was a new physician at the clinic when we started seeing her in January 2016. She is incredibly knowledgable, friendly, respectful and, at least at the time of writing, has solid availability. Sometimes I think that i know more than my doctors, but I have great confidence in her to take care of my kindergarten-aged son, husband and me.

Worst place. When you call they leave you on hold every time for atleast 5 mins ! Then when they answer they'll tell you nothing is available. Perfect thank you.

If you are lookin...

If you are looking for a Doctor, stay away from Dr.Osoro. I am looking for a new Doctor. In my experience she continually dismisses any and every concern you may have regarding your health. Instead she spent our visits telling me to go back to school so that I could 'start a real career before it is too late' and criticizing my haircut, saying 'most women get that haircut when they're 40, what does that say about you?'. This is not why I consult medical help.
