Very pour service put a $1000.00 deposit down on an awning in April suppose to be 6-8 weeks its now 12 ans still don't have an installation date is this how they treat senors over 80 living alone. I think the positive reviews are probable wrote by them.

Called about a quote on a custom fishing boat cover in late spring this year, dropped everything and took boat in for quote when requested , Never did receive a quote for the cover or another smaller job . The yard is a nightmare to turn even a small boat around in and the male employee seemed as though he had a real chip on his shoulder the female who he had to call in just to measure my boat actually suggested I make my own cover ,save your money and time , go elsewhere

High praise from us for Canadian Awning & Canvas in Kingston Ont for the first rate service and awnings they provided. Needed replacements for 2 rectractible awnings we bought approx 12 - 13 years ago from Home Depot, Belleville. The frames are still efficient but H.D. were only interested in selling us new frames with awnings. Had a great experience with this company, really love our new awning, the back deck has never been used so much, its like another room on the house. Installers were knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job, and I am picky. All in all I was very happy with the whole experience from quote to dinner under our new awning, thanks again.
