Brutal customer service

I intended to return a pedal I purchased there and called them to ask for details about their return policy. The fellow was very wishy-washy and could not give a straight answer. I was put on hold while he "consulted someone else" and he hung up on me. AVOID.

Good place to try and get instruments

Good service, not too pushy, you can try instruments, amps & etc. freely, you'll be always advised, at least I was :-) A big variaty of instruments guitars from low price range up to you name it :-) Can get good instruments for reasonable price. They cary a lot of accesories also. Most what I liked there that couple hours while I was looking for a guitar passed like a fifteen minutes :-) Really nice place to get a guitar ;-)
