    Unprofessional and negligent

    I would not recommend this company to anyone. The car that was rented was very dirty and no thorough inspection made, just a "quick scan" of the exterior made by the employee PRIOR to washing. The employee did not bend down to check the lower portions of the car and did NOT do a final inspection of the car when it was "cleaned" (which was still dirty). Upon returning the car I was charged $500 for a scuff which was most likely overseen due to the cars dirtiness during the initial inspection.

    Great experience....

    Great experience. I was picked up and returned from their office by a very polite, personable young gentleman. As I recall his name was Marwan. He was also the person who signed me in. He did a great job of explaining all the extras that would be appropriate for me. The Manager, Andrew, was also great. While I was there, I observed and heard him deal with many customers and a problem that he handled in an impressive manner, very polite and customer oriented. I will return when I need to.

    Bad Service - Not Honouring Reservations

    After renting from this company 6 times in the past year, spending thousands of dollars with them, I received the worst experience anyone can have with a car rental agency. I made reservations weeks in advance to rent a cargo van for 2 weeks and made 4 other reservations at the same time as I have done in the past. I have never cancelled a reservation, I gave them my credit card number to RESERVE the vehicle as it was essential for business. I called in to let them know I would be late picking it up and they told me that they gave it out to someone because they apparently called once while I was in a meeting in the morning the day I was to pick it up, never left a message, never texted or emailed me even though they have all my information. They assumed I was not going to pick it up that day and default on the reservation even though I had been a first rate customer in the past. The manager Irfan made this decision, and then would not take my calls after that. I was left scrambling for a rental van on the busiest weekend of the year with thousands of dollars in revenue on the line. This was for my BUSINESS and an essential rental to bring in revenue. Without the van that I RESERVED and SECURED with my credit card, I default on thousands of dollars of sales and jeopardize my career. He gave it to someone for a few days and put my business in jeopardy due to a pre-emptive assumption. Irfan treated me like a third rate customer without cause or reason. This is just bad business not to HONOR RESERVATIONS which people have made weeks in advance.
