Horrible service ...

Horrible service and the management is down right rude, and have no idea what customer service is about.

Wheel Alignment

I would not recommend this business to anyone. I had a wheel alignment completed in October, the evening the alignment was completed i drove on the 401 only to find my car worse off then it ever was. I called Great Canadian Auto the next morning to advise them of this, and had asked that they return my call. I never heard back from Great Canadian Auto. I took my car to another mechanic to have serviced and have been advised that when my wheel alignment was completed the mechanic that had made the adjustments failed to tighten the Jam nuts, this caused me to have to have other parts replaced. Do not go to this auto repair company.
