JC Waterworks Plumbing

I just wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for the wonderful work that JC Waterworks recently completed in our home. Not only did Jamie fix our running water leak in upstairs toilet but changed the innards (plumber talk) of the downstairs bathroom sink faucet on his first visit. We then discussed changing the sink in our kitchen and the cost, etc. which he finished last week. I now actually look forward to doing the dishes. Just kidding! I would highly recommend them!

This is the second time I have used JC Waterworks Plumbing and again excellent service! Discovered a slight leak from where a valve was used to bring water into my old Aprilaire humidifier. Long ago had the humidifier going to my furnace removed however they left the valve untouched. Finally it started to leak. Called JC Waterworks early afternoon and had it repaired before 4:00. Their excellent plumber, Brian removed and replaced quickly and efficiently. Friendly service. Highly recommended!

Another bad experience with JC Waterworks, plumbers that come without proper tools and products after you explained what you needed than charge you $92.00 plus tax for telling you they cant fix the issue. Why do companies like this take advantage of people... Trades should be more honest, they are suppose to be professionals. Plus the owner of this company was pretty rude when asked what we were paying for as no services were completed. Please choose another local plumber!
