Very Disappointing

I went to LCI Lasercom Clinice and had my underarm & Brazilian done. When I signed up for this, I was told that I could come back 3 times a year for free touch ups. This was a LIE. They told me that they changed their policy and that they don't do touch ups any more, but they would do them for half price. I'm very upset, because I spent alot of $$$ and I still have hair. On top of still having the hair, when I called to book appointments the technician was asleep half the time and she wasn't even at the office twice when I showed up. She ask me to wait for 30min or book again.
