Bought a washer and dryer on Oct 4 apparently dryer has been in twice already and turned because they were damaged is what we were told and of course our washer was suppose to finally be in yesterday but sales guy told us was not scanned yet and called them again today sales guy isnt in today and they cant find it so 4 months wait for bought and paid for on Oct 4 and just get excuse after excuse .not happy with there updates or even follow ups and I have phoned them every date they would give me
DISASTER! I ordered appliances on September 29th, 2020 and told they should be in by late December. My delivery date is on February 5th, 2021 and I called January 20th, 2021 to pay the final payment to find out 2 of the 6 appliance are in. No delay notice, courtesy call or anything prior to that, not even when I called late November to change the delivery date. crmanager@taappliance.com- spare me your response, you were CC'd on my emails as well and clearly felt no need to reply to any of them
Went in to the service department and ask for a generic stove part. She did not want to waste her time helping. I’ve never seen an employee turn away a sale on behalf of the store. I’ve never been so polite in my life yet turned away so rudely. SMH.
I purchased 3 appliances from TA and had them delivered into my house. After removing the blue tape and wrap from the sides of the oven it had clearly been damaged. A tech came out and said the damage is not just external, but internal as well. I am being told it’s not TAs problem. So good luck with TA everyone! AND beware.

Purchased a microwave that turned out to be too small. Returned to the store two days later to upgrade the product to a larger size. The front desk informed us that a manager had to be involved to facilitate a return. Explained this information was never shared at time of purchase and indicated we were there to buy a bigger unit?!? Lady was quite rude and what should have been a simple transaction was terrible experience. Horrible service - will not buy here again.
Ordered a Miele vacuum over the phone minutes before their warehouse closed while driving - wasn't sure exactly which model I wanted but the sales guy helped me wade through the models and end up with the exact model to fit my requirements. CJ went the extra mile to close the sale and ensure I got the vacuum that night. Previously bought a Broil King BBQ - would rather give my business to these guys than Best Buy.
This is the worst customer service that I have ever received. Had ordered parts and was assured they would be in in a week. Yet again they were not, second time it has happened. vented at front and was told good luck getting it elsewhere. Well to the saleman who told me this I did actually di have luck and much better customer service. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Worst service in the world.
My parents purchase high-end appliances(Jenn-Aire, fridge, wine fridge, induction stove top, microwave, double oven) 3 out of the five failed them. Not only did the product failed the T&A customer service was very poor. They don't communicate with their outside installers, delivery company. My parents had to place all of their food outside to keep. T&A sent a crew to deliver the new fridge, however, that team was are not qualified to remove the old fridge. Sent another today, still not qual.
Absolutely terrible service! The Sales Team never gets back to and the service after you purchase is non existent. You would expect that when you pay a little more it is because you are supporting a local business and you will receive great service but that simply isn't the case. Save your money and go to CAS since the service is equally bad but at least you will save a few hundred dollars.
