    Great Place to Bowl

    Wanted to try something that I haven't done in Kitchener before so we came here. The place is well maintained for its age. The staff was friendly and helped get us settled without hesitation. I will definitely be returning!

    EXTREMELY rude se...

    EXTREMELY rude service. We were turned away because we didn't have a reservation, despite the fact that there were many lanes available... We had to call from the lobby to make a reservation, and the staff still tried to turn us away. UNBELIEVABLE! We were finally given a lane, and no other customers arrived after us that night. The place was empty! Who turns away paying customers when you have space available??? We will NOT be returning.

    I find this very hard to believe because I am there Tuesday nights and and there is no way we would turn away anybody who wants to bowl. keeping in mind that we close at 10 pm this is not a valid review.
