Showed up on time. Repairman was friendly. Job was done quickly, and most importantly he checked that all worked properly numerous times before leaving. I will definitely use them again.

We had two service calls recently - hot water heater and a new vanity hookup. Both operations were completed quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. Triple 8 was sent by Kitchener Wilmot Hydro for the water heater. We chose Tony Pys/Triple 8 for our vanity hookup and shower repair. We were very happy with the service.

Professional, honest, and reliable! They did a great job installing our hot water tank and they did it for a good price as well. I was impressed with the job quality once it was finished, and the installers went out of their way to ensure we were happy with the job. I found an old loonie which had been revealed once they removed the old tank. The fact that they could have taken it without me noticing indicates the type of character of the installers. Happy customer here; Highly recommended!

This company was hired by the city to install my water heater. They did a decent job, or so i thought. The company split my gas line to install, but did not turn it back on. When I turned on my furnace it would not ignite. Called an HVAC company who came out, took one look, flipped the valve, and I had heat! My furnace was perfectly fine. Triple 8 did not check to ensure they had finished the job before they left!
