    Great work & customer service

    We had a great experience with ZRW. The workmanship on our new concrete pad is beautiful, the work was completed timely with lots of updates and the crew were a pleasure to have at our home. I would recommend them to anyone. Professional, suberb workmanship and great to have around!

    You get what you pay for

    Lowest bidder and it shows. All was reasonably good until we got to the finish. Concrete cut lines look like they were done by a child, simple wooden stairs not level and with gouges in them and the response from the company owner is "What do you want me to do about it?" Fixing it would have been nice. Caring that it bothered me would have been good. In the end, we elected to finish up ourselves. If I wanted it to look like it was done by an amateur, I would have done it myself. I'll be telling everyone who sees it our story.

    Every effort is taken to ensure full customer satisfaction. Unfortunately there are a small number of customers who cannot be satisfied no matter the quality of the work etc. In this particular situation a price reduction was agreed on and happily accepted by the customer. If a customer is not satisfied, we refuse to accept full payment of the work. It is unfortunate, we pride ourselves on happy customers and take it very seriously if someone is not satisfied. We can provide many recommendations and referrals from customers before proceeding with a project.

    AWESOME CONTRACTOR!!!!!!!!!!!

    We had a great experience with JJ and his crew! They worked hard and well! Awesome job! JJ kept us informed along the whole proccess and took us thru step by step what he did or was doing. We were never in the dark about anything. The foundation looks awesome and is very sound! Didn't miss a detail. If you need work done.....call ZRW Restoration and Waterproofing Inc!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
