We went with exclusive because they’re convenient and super friendly when you’re looking for a place. Biggest mistake. Two of our stove burners haven’t worked since we moved in, the house was filthy when we arrived despite a promise that it would be professionally cleaned, they give us no notice sometimes when bringing people to tour, and they did our original house walk-through without us because THEY were late to our appointment. We may be students but because of that we’re taken advantage of.

Amazing professionally service, always many options to choose from, they have a 24h-7 maintenance person who always responds and comes out when you need him, I haven`t had this service with private landlords before. That`s a huge benefit when renting with a company, I would for sure rent from them again and suggest it to my friends. Exclusive rocks.

Exclusive Rentals did an amazing job at finding myself, and my housemates a place to live for our time at school. From picking us up at our location, providing us fact sheets to help us in our house comparison, and showing us the best locations at our price point, they went above and beyond to help us. They made renting a house in London easy, effortless and informative. We are all so thankful to have had them to help us, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Exclusive Rentals is fantastic! The agents are so friendly and knowledgeable and we found an amazing student house through them. They picked us up and drove us to each place free! They even gave our international student friend a tour using face time so she could see the house before signing! They were always available to answer questions for us and when one of our roommates moved out, they helped us find another roommate! In my opinion there is no better student rental company out there.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with ANY company. The employees do not seem to converse with one another at all. Which means that if you have a problem, it will likely not be resolved until you consistently call and email them. Problems include: -House was not move in ready time of lease-Mould in two places AFTER the supposed "move in inspection"-No HEAT until January 2014 (Lease began May 2013). These conflicts should not take months to resolve.
