Bagels are good...I have been a customer for many years. The customer service is great by employees, but not by the owner/manager. I tried to order bagels and have them set aside as I have done many times..have trouble understanding this gentleman's accent. I got hung up on twice or more when I requested to speak to an employee at front desk? I even requested nicely explaining I cannot understand. What in the world is going on when you can't even order bagel's? This is an issue!!
