Awful Business

I had my screen replaced on my Nexus 4 (it wasn't even an OEM screen), the person who had replaced my screen did not use the adhesive to stick the battery on so it wouldn't shake. The battery wire was ripped from moving around in my phone; when I went in to have them see if they would replace it the Manager said " There is no way that could have happened" they said the normal cost to replace the battery was 60 but they could do it for 45 seeming to me like they felt responsible.
