My mother was seen very quickly, within a couple of days, by a cardiologist specialist. In the past this has taken months. The young male doctor made us feel secure, answered all our questions and ordered the necessary exams. Looking forward to my mother's follow up. Thanks you.

Heart Attack

This clinic is by far the worst place I have ever been administered to. The doctor is condescending and rude and requires you to remove your clothing to check your heart rate. No other doctor that I have seen in the past twenty odd years requires the removal of clothing to check one's heart rate. The Asian technician has terrible simply terrible bedside manners. She does not speak English well and the bare minimum that she does speak is muffled and makes one feel very nervous about being in the presence of someone who does not know what they are doing nor able to communicate it to them. The receptionist is rude. Flat out. She does not greet anyone politely and forces you to schedule appointments even when you have made it clear you do not wish to. This clinic should seriously be closed down due to the incomptence and unprofessionalism of the staff. You are better off going to 21 Queensway West to the walk-in clinic which also has a cardiac centre in it.
