Why is flimsy packaging used to ship heavy items along with smaller items. The envelope was torn and the smaller item was missing. Amazon sent the replacement, but if this is going to be your new way of packaging, more missing items are expected. Here is the envelope containing the replaced item. The envelope was also torn.

I had an order sent to me but when i got it the envelope had been opened and nothing was in it. I have a tracking number? Please advise what to do?

I am not happy that they took my reviews off from products I liked and bought. I left them for this reason. I been with them for 2 yrs and this was what I got your reviews were deleted did not meat policies and rules.

Thanks again for putting fragile small items easily rushed with items that weigh 50lbs. I so love receiving damaged products and told sorry no refund no replacement. I also love getting told that you approved the courier delivering items they told you they dropped and broke. Now I have to take more time to return and repackage all the broken items as I have to return each separately.

Ordered a phone case. Chose for a specific phone. Obviously. Received a case for the wrong phone. This seems to be a common problem. Tried calling phone number. At no time is it active.

This is the second time I have ordered a samsung tab A case from this place and the advert says 10.1 inch (which is what I have in a tablet) and it is nowhere near a fit. Absolutely horrible. And can I return it, well then you have to try and find the place. Oh and I will end up paying the shipping. Thanks, stuck with something I cant use.....again.

Amazon not happy when customers have return too much! Very bad service send item have missing and wrong item to customers and Amazon will be on LOCK/HOLD account!! Not a good service and always, Amazon never cares about customers.Never pay attention to the many occurrences and many items Amazon shipped to me.The product is not quality. Defective product Damaged goods in transit And when I return it back to Amazon, there will be no customer inquiry.But will use a method to block everyt!

I have ordered dozens & dozens of times, all with superb results. However, there is an order placed back in September, 2019, that has not been filled, and I have not been refunded. Not a great experience with that one.

Jai retourné un sweater à l entrepôt Amazon dont il provenait à Missisauga en Ontario parce quil ne me convenait pas. Je lai retourné avec un texte expliquant pourquoi je le retournais et demandant un remboursement du montant payé. J ai fournis mes coordonnées complètes. Il y a 1 mois de cela. Je nai eu aucune nouvelle. Alors pour le service vous repasserez.

It took weeks for my order number INTLCMA479058001 to be delivered. The shipment came without the invoice which I need to claim the expense with the Great West Life insurance.
