    I've been attending this gym for the past 2.5 years and it has been life changing! I've been to many crossfit boxes over the past 2 years and none of them compare to Crossfit Mississauga. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful, the programming is amazing and the members are all very friendly! I definitely recommend this gym!

    My experience wit...

    My experience with Crossfit Mississauga. I have been at Crossfit Mississauga now for just a little over 2 year. from the minute I walked in I found nothing but amazing trainers and people that want nothing more then to see you do your best. The trainers are always there to help me with any questions I may have about the workout and take the time to help me understand any and everything. For years I have gone from gym to gym but never found a place where everyone cares who you are and actually know your name. Crossfit Mississauga is the real deal!!! if you want to get fit and see results this is the place to do it. Thank you Alex and all your staff for the way you all have helped me push myself more then I'd think possible.

    Nothing like it

    Crossfit is like no other gym.You will be cross trained in many different aspects of fitness.If you are looking for a challenging, competitive, yet friendly environment, you found the place.They take functional training to another level! Whether you are an athlete or someone trying to get into shape this is the gym for you! Crossfit is the STRENGTH POWER AND SPEED of fitness.

    My experiences at CFM

    Joining CrossFit Mississauga has been a real eye opener for me. Every time I walk through the doors I'm presented with a workout that is both mentally and physically challenging; I'm pushed to my limit everyday. The coaches are fantastic at gauging appropriate weights for the athletes and ensuring they experience a sufficient amount of workload for their day of training. The atmosphere is friendly between staff and clients, and the networking possibilities from the people of different walks of life are endless. With that being said, when it comes to a workout, the attitude changes to 100% seriousness. The competition brings out the best in everyone, and personal records are set on a daily basis. I've never felt so rewarded after a workout in my life. Everything about CFM is the real deal.

    Excellent CrossFit Gym

    CrossFit Mississauga is an Excellent gym with a great facility. The trainers at this gym are very dedicated to what they do best. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in attaining your fitness goals and needs. I have been doing crossfit for 5 months now and I absolutely love it!! I have reached many of my fitness goals and improved on my strength, 100%. I still have so much to learn and improve on and look forward to doing it. If you love a challenge (do not like backing down from one) and you like to be competitive, then CrossFit Mississauga is the place to be. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone!! :)

    The best workout

    Great gym with great workouts and a great supporting staff. Come ready to work and sweat, you won't be disappointed. By far the best gym I've ever gone to, and the only one that has me hooked.

    Absolutely the best way to train!

    Friendly and knowledgeable coaches. Whether you are looking to get into shape or to take your fitness to another level, this is the gym to train at! I have been training here for over 3 years and my strength and condition has never been better.

    Crossfit Mississauga - Get into Shape!

    Creative and Innovative workouts with Experienced and Passionate trainers!!! As a competitive athlete, out of the circut for close to 2 years, I found myself knocking on CFM's door looking for a new challenge aside from my comfort zone, the four posts of a boxing ring. Crossfit it was. Alex and his trainer's continue to challenge my fitness limits, encourging and inspiring me every step of the way. With innovative and creative workouts, scaled for all ages and fitness levels, Crossfit Mississauga will help you achieve your fitness goals and set you new ones.     Best CrossFit Gym in the city

    CrossFit Mississauga has an allstar team of trainers that are the most experienced and knowledgeable in the province. The gym is great for members at all skill and ability levels. If you haven't tried Crossfit than you are missing out on the best training in world, if you have tried Crossfit, this is the best Crossfit gym in the city.

    Amazing Gym!

    Amazing gym to workout! great routines and fantastic staff which helps u with every small detail of your workout! i would recommend this place to anyone who is wiling to commit their time and effort because this place will get you in shape! and plus ALEX IS THE MAN!
