Sarah the owner has the worst customer serve. She is rude and has no care for her customers. On their website they said one of their donuts came fully loaded. I was unaware of this but was told by my son who saw it online. First the girl behind the counter did not even ask. When I called to ask Sarah answered the phone and said it doesn't have toppings. I then proceeded to say that online it states it comes fully loaded. She basically told me I can't have it and hung up. lack of ppl skills 100%
