Terrible Customer Service
My wife and I purchased blinds following a competitive price quote at the National Home Show in February. We paid a deposit and were told that the blinds would be ready in two weeks. After many unanswered calls and broken promises that they'd be ready any day, they were eventually ready to be installed two months later. However, there was no flexibility with installation times and we were forced to lose a days pay to stay home for the fitter. To make matters even worse one of the blinds had been incorrectly measured by them and did not fit. We were told it would be re cut and ready to be installed in one week. Here we are almost three weeks later, after many more ignored calls and messages left for John to call us to try and resolve this issue, we were told that it was finally ready but we'd have to lose more pay as even though they are totally at fault for the error they still won't be flexible with fitting times. Strange that they were prepared to come in the evening or weekends to secure the original order! At this point we are still awaiting a call from John and expect to continue to be ignored. If you are thinking of ordering from them I would strongly caution you not to. The disgraceful customer service and total lack of communication we have experienced is sure to be repeated. John please find the integrity to give us a call. Our order was placed 24th February for Tobacco Brown sunscreens, just in case you have so many disgruntled customers that you don't recall this order.
