Very bad business practices and customer service! I would give NO stars! I wish I had read the other review before I decided to support my neighborhood business. Horrible experience with the very dishonest owner. I took in my down-filled duvet to be dry cleaned. It is destroyed, and the owner refused to do anything about it. Very bad customer service! The owner is very rude and condescending and TOLD ME to take it to court. That is exactly what I will do! Use at your own risk.

Horrible customer service! Avoid this so called cleaners. I brought two of my dress shirts to have them cleaned. One of them was damaged. The shirt was a pastel colour which got thrown in the wash with dark clothes?? My issue is still unresolved and the owners Sharr & Shariff have not taken any responsibility for the error! Absolutely disgusting! Either wash your clothes yourself or take your clothes to cleaners who care about there customers!
