Floors Direct West and the owner EJ are hands down the best in the business, Amazing selection of flooring with great prices and awesome customer service. I recommend all of my customers to this store whenever they need flooring and will continue to do so as I know they always take care of them. BEWARE!!!

The worst experience ever. They did their sawing in my livingroom with access to a deck not 2 feet away. They vacuumed the sawdust with my central vac and broke it. They were smoking in my house and had cigarette butts thrown all over the yard. The stairs do not match the floors. They stained the stairs dark by mistake and had to resand them and restain them. They hacked up my carpet in the family room and had to replace it. They dripped stain on the floors and had stain running everywhere. I ordered them out and would never use them again. I now have to hire a professional stair company to come in and fix the mess they left me with. The worst experience ever.
